The team building of Etechin was held last weekend. We participated in a one-day company team building activity. Although it was only one day, it benefited me a lot and gained a lot. At the beginning of the team building activity, everyone seemed to have not taken away from the busy work and tired bodies just like me.
Last Saturday, we participated in a one-day company team building activity. Although it was only one day, it benefited me a lot and gained a lot.
At the beginning of the team building activity, everyone seemed to be like me and still hadn't taken away from the busy work and tired body, but the coach only responded through quick group time, sonorous dialogue, and interesting team games. The child adjusted our state in time. The activity gradually kicked off with the team presentation of each group.
On that day, we were divided into two groups, and everyone became familiar with each other during the discussions and drills presented by the team. In this short 8 minutes, everyone performed their respective duties and fully demonstrated the strong team spirit.
A kind of strength is called unity, and there is a spirit called cooperation, and unity and cooperation can make us overcome all difficulties.
In the team building and development training, each of us is persevering and exerting our own strength. As long as we persevere, we can achieve our goals one by one until we complete the tasks we think are impossible; in work, as long as we persevere, we can stimulate our personal potential and exert our personal strength. Doing what you can’t do is growth, doing what you don’t dare to do is a breakthrough, and doing what you don’t want to do is change.
Thanks to the team building and expansion activities, we have met a better version of ourselves. Don't let us down. Change the "I can't" in every sentence to "I can do it." It is better to try than never dare to start.
Towards this activity we deeply learned the Etechin core values LHKIR (Learning / Honest / Kindness / Integrity / Responsibility ) in team building activities.And we got to know the importance of the team spirits much deeply.
The activities were funny. We all had a good time that day.
